Shipping & Returns

We normally offer Australia Post Standard Shipping for all our orders ensuring quick and reliable delivery.

Once dispatched, your fragrance will typically arrive within 2-7 business days, depending on your location. Shipping timeframes are considered from the date of dispatch.

All orders are processed during business days only 9.00am to 4pm (Monday – Friday)

Order placed through PayPal / After Pay may sometime take 5-7 days to appear in our account which can impact the shipping time.

Orders placed on a public holiday or weekend will be processed first working business day

Once order is placed and dispatched, an automatic email will be sent.

A single order can be sent to a single address. For multiple addresses, multiple orders will be required.

Deliveries must be to a home or business address and not a PO Box or virtual address

We recommend someone be available to physically receive delivery, otherwise the delivered purchase will be left unattended or returned to us. In such an instance, the customer has to bear the cost for reshipping the product.

In the case that your order is returned to us or fails to be collected, please be aware that shipping costs will not be refunded, as these fees are paid directly to the carrier and are non-recoverable once the package has been shipped.

There are no international deliveries available at the moment.

Items lost in Transit:

In the rare event that your order is lost, we kindly request that you wait 7 days beyond the expected delivery date before making a claim. If the issue persists after this period, please contact us, and we will take immediate action to resolve the matter.

Defective Items:

  • If your order is damaged during postage, please let us know and we can determine if delivery service was at fault. However, please be advised that any claims regarding faulty items must be submitted within 2 days of delivery.
  • Should you receive a defective item, we offer a repair or replacement service to ensure your complete satisfaction, provided you send us the defective product back at your own expense to confirm the defect.
  • Personal preference, such as disliking a fragrance, does not constitute a faulty item.

Change of Mind:

  • We do not offer exchanges or refunds for change of mind such as wrong selection in first place, product no longer needed, etc.
  • We cannot be held responsible if the product does not meet your expectations.
  • We strongly recommend reviewing the perfume notes, descriptions, and other relevant details provided on our website before making a purchase.

Order Cancellation & Refund Policy for Online Orders:

  • We do not offer exchanges or refunds for change of mind such as wrong selection in first place, product no longer needed, etc.
  • If the return is approved for purchase via PayPal / AfterPay, the customer has to bear the service fee paid to PayPal / AfterPay and this will be deducted from the amount refunded.
  • If order is cancelled within 24 hours, the amount ordered will be refunded, except for shipping. This will be used as a processing fee.

Applying for a Return

To apply for a return, please email us at info@lamaanperfumes.com.au and include your contact phone number. After reviewing your request, we will evaluate the return and provide you with return authorization approval along with the address for returning the product.

We reserve the right to decline any return request if the product has been used or damaged due to misuse.

Shipping costs are non-refundable and will be the responsibility of the customer.

For online order refunds, only the cost of the returned products will be refunded. Postage fees are not included.

All items must be returned within 7 days once a return approval has been granted.
